Staff bonuses for directors, managers and highly paid staff
Considering RBS are now looking at stopping bonuses for highly paid staff, is it not time to look at bonuses which I'm sure were offered to reward staff on low wadges to say well done not to be offered to directors or executives as a top up wadge and to avoid tax rates. Let's return to this and then there will be less need for in work benefits as the lower paid staff can be paid more and in turn help the economy as local staff are more likely to keep there extra pounds in the country. So let's consider making a rule on any one earning over a certain amount unable to receive bonuses.
