State Funeral for Tony Benn
We the people, in appreciation of Tony Benn's lifelong commitment to the cause of working people, to peace and to social progress, demand that his funeral be recognised as an official state funeral and that the government make all necessary preparations for such an event.
We know no other fellow citizen more worthy of this mark of recognition.
