Stop insurance companies penalising their customers who make a no fault claim.

Petition Details

My son’s car was stolen and crashed. The car is a write off and his insurance company have put the claim down as a fault claim because the thief wasn’t insured so they can’t claim against his insurance company. Thieves are never insured, so why should insurance companies be allowed to penalise you.
