Stop using tax-payers money on Police cold-cases.
Some Police cold-case teams are simply waiting for new technology to be invented so as to, maybe, re-open cases. This tax-payers money could be used on current affairs and not on some long-forgotten cold-cases, which could have, if solved, have no impact on the ordinary person.
