Stop welsh being compulsory in welsh secondary schools for Key stage four

Petition Details

Welsh Is compulsory in Key stage four for welsh students, welsh is now a scarcely used language and however I believe it should be optional I think it should be taken off the compulsory curriculum.

Additional Information

Out of the population of wales only 15% consider themselves as fluent welsh speakers.
