Take steps NOW to protect UK taxpayers from liability to pay anything to those politicians of scottish constituencies when they lose their jobs.
If those people lose their eligibility to sit in the UK House of Commons then that will be the fault of the scottish people who voted to go independent. The cost of them losing their jobs should, morally and legally, be met by the people of the newly independent Scotland.
