Benefit claimants to receive vouchers for essential goods only (Food, Clothing, Essential utilities). No benefit payment should go towards luxury goods such as Satellite television, Alcohol, Cigarettes,Mobile Phones,Games Machines,etc. This will make sure that the considerable welfare burden placed upon tax payers is spent in the right areas.
