The Abolition of the Barnett Formula
Parliament to debate "The Barnett Formula should be immediately abolished and the per capita payments from the Treasury to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland reduced to the English level, thus saving the English taxpayer approximately £16 billion a year".
