The Living Wage as a Minimum wage
This Petition requests that the Minimum wage is the same as the Living wage and includes 18-20 year olds and interns.
o The recommended living wage is £8.55 per hr in the London area and £7.45 per hr in the rest of the UK. This should be the mandatory minimum wage.
o 18-20yrs who are old enough to fight for their country are paid less than the minimum wage??
o Young people have to work internships without pay to get experience?? This is exploitation.
