The North says "No" to an English Parliament

Additional Information

An English Parliament would be less representative - in social and economic terms - of the north of England than the current Westminster parliament is. Therefore, until proper regional devolution is agreed, there should be no devolution to an English Parliament OR English votes for English laws as either would be a backwards step for northern England
