to stop multi benefit fraud photograph the iris of all claimants & check every claim

Additional Information

By taking a photograph of the iris of all new{ and eventualy present} benefit claimants and placed on a central data base as used for speedy passport ratification.Every claiment should be required to provide same without which, no benifits would be actioned. If the claiment refuses they negate their right to same and may indicate a more sinister reason!!!!!!!!!!!
This would stop fraud at source and also indicate potential other sinister posibilities
