Petition Action

unfair fines enforced on parents

Additional Information

Is it not a contradiction that the government enforce penalty notices on parents for taking their children out of school during term time for a holiday, then allow the school to be closed for teacher training several times during the educational year? Meaning parents are forced to take unpaid holiday, so can we in turn fine the school, for jepodising our childs education and for loss of earnings.
