Utility companies to repair pot holes in the vacinity of works

Additional Information

A law should be passed that Utility companies should have the responsibility to repair pot holes and fix roads in the vacinity of their maintanence as part of their licence to work, say the area within their control/coned/under trafic management.

At present they are only required to put the road back to the condition it was before they commenced the works.
