Petition Action

We call upon HM the Queen to dissolve parliament and call a general election

Petition Details

Following the EU Referendum result we call upon Her Majesty the Queen to dissolve the UK parliament and call a general election so the British people, and not the Conservative Party can decide who replaces The Rt Hon David Cameron MP as Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury.

Additional Information

British people are heavily affected by whoever leads them through the process of the exit from the EU and it is therefore only right and fair that they be allowed to decide in a General Election who should be Prime Minister of the UK and not be tied to the result of the decision of the UK Conservative party
