We need stiffer prison sentences for people who are cruel to animals.
Every day there is something in the news about someone killing, maiming or general animal cruelty. I am a huge animal lover and feel that these sub-humans should be made to pay when they treat animals in such a vicious manner.
Missy, the bus stop cat. The Manchester individual that bear his dog with a hammer then stabbed it and left it to die. It took 8 hours. He got a pathetic 6 months! !!
