Petition Action

We the undersigned petition HM Gov. to initiate Article 50 immediately.

Petition Details

We are concerned that a future Conservative or Labour Government may listen to calls for a 2nd referendum and we urge the Prime Minister to uphold the will of the majority of British people by immediately initiating Article 50.

Additional Information

Article 50 is the clause in EU treaty that can only be triggered by a country wishing to leave the EU. Once triggered it will start the process of an organised withdrawal from the European Union with a deadline of 2 years to ratify the withdrawal.
