What is an unacceptable level of unemployment
What level of unemployment has to be reached before a Government has to accept its policies have failed.
Parliament to set a limit on acceptable levels of unemployment resulting from Government policy.
Parliament also to determine that once this limit has been passed a state of emergency be declared and a cross party coalition government be formed.
