Support of policy using acceptable an appropriate levels of policing / enforcement when people and property are at immediate risk.

Additional Information

This petition is to show support for the government to ensure levels of authority are given to the police services to use appropriate tactics and measures swiftly when attempting the calming of situations where people come under attack or property is vandalised / looted.
This applies to minor and major disturbances up to including large scale demonstrations and rioting.
This petition is designed to give the government, and therefore the policing services a public acceptance statement that appropriate level of policing large scale demonstration or general public disorder are appropriate and should be used.
This level of policing should be agreed in parliament immediately and handed down to the heads of police to use as and when required.
Each use to be post reviewed with government so further improves to process.
This petition does not in any way suggest any freedom of speech restrictions. Protest and demonstration should always be allowed and never stopped.
