Rioters should be enlisted in the army for 5 years
Rioters should be enlisted in the army to serve for 5 years instead of being given soft prison or community sentences. They would be taught discipline, a moral code and skills needed for employment. They would then be giving something back to their country and learn how to become decent members of a community
