Bring Back the 10p Tax
Bring back the 10p tax that Gordon Brown so cruelly abolished.
20p in the £ is far too much to be paying in tax for those earning less than the national average and certainly under £20,000. This heavy tax hits these people the hardest yet they probably work full-time and earn less than their unemployed neighbours on benefits paid through the very same tax.
George Osborne must right this wrong and soon, before more people slip into poverty while living costs soar and wages stagnate.
