Human Responsibility to balance Human Rights
A call for the discussion of a legal framework of Human Responsibility to act as a counter balance to Human Rights. Rights and Responsibilities need to be sensibly matched, and where the Responsibility has been purposefully miscarried, the equivalent Right can be withdrawn.
