Reverse the government's decision to give the go ahead for a puppy farm in Hull.
The government has allowed plans for a puppy farm to be built in Hull with the purpose of breeding beagles to be supplied to laboratories for animal testing.
Sign the petition to get this debated in parliament. These poor creatures deserve better and are not 'things' for us to use and neglect.
