Police to use rubber bullets/ tear gas during violent riots
Police should be empowered by law to use rubber bullets and/ or tear gas to control rioters where violent riots occur such as the recent England riots to reduce damage to lives and properties. Many rioters are not scared of the batons used by police hence they exploit the 'outdated approach' to forment troubles. The use of baton for violent riots is over due for change in this 21st century that we live in.
