Create Quantative Easing - Resolve the increasing epidemic of affordable housing
It's no secret that there is a severe shortage of affordable housing in Britain, within both the rental and sales sectors. This has created unprecedented levels of rising rents, induced poverty, and homelessness. The strain this imposes on the welfare budget is immense, and feeds private landlords.
