Introduce members of Parliament for our Overseas Territories.
Over the past centuries, we have gained and lost an empire. However, to this day we still hold some territories who desire to remain British. While we rarely govern domestic affairs there, shouldn't they have the right to have their voice heard on matters such as defence?
