Tag repeated Offenders and Immigration Offenders
Repeat offenders ( law breakers ) and people with Immigration offences that abscond to be tagged and held on a computer system and be monitored, enabling their whereabouts when crimes are commited. Centrally controlled system to save on police time and have severe penalities for repeat offenders with curfews.
