Ban harmful "Legal Highs", and legalize drugs with little/no health side effects
With the rise of "legal highs" in recent years, is more and more reports of serious injuries and deaths due to legal highs generally having chemical compounds that are often untested for harmful chemicals. With this comes dealing; Where users can receive un-pure drugs and end up in hospital or dead.

Street dealing with un-pure/unreliable drugs and sources is a massive cause for concern, causing deaths around the country along with crime and unsafe legal highs being used as alternatives
