it is true to say that people with disabilities stand out and are often victims of anti-social behaviour and bullying. It is time the police and local authorities give more support to victims and take the people who commit these crimes more serious.
it is true to say that many victims are victimised again once they go for help and are often let down by those who are ment to help.
