Introduce a night time workers minimum hourly rate.
In April 2016 the NMW increases to £7.20, but there is no minimum hourly rate for people that work through the night. I am proposing that a permanent differential of £3.00 is put on for people that work between the hours of 2100 hrs to 0600 hrs, so the night workers would get £10.20.
