Withdraw benefit to Parents who let their children roam the streets breaking the law, take part in anti social behavour

Additional Information

If a parent allows their child out on the streets, to take drugs, riot, commit anti social behaviour their benefit should be withdrawn until they take full responsibility in parenting - monitor their childs movements and behaviour and setting a good example. Perhaps the parents might take the matter more seriously if they suffer financially.
