Stop Offshoring of Hewlett Packard jobs in DWP Account

Additional Information

Hewlett Packard is trying to offshore a number of jobs that are currently done by UK staff, leaving the very sensitive data open to unscrupulous people and losing valuable UK jobs.
The Government should stop any offshoring of jobs by companies who are running Government computer facilities.
