change law, making it impossible to make a claim against a deceased estate when written out of will. when an adult " child "choses no contact with the deceased for +20 yrs, is not included in will an appeals for financial provision, even though it is deceased's express wish they are not included .

Recent case where someone has appealed against her deceased mothers decision for her not to benefit from her estate, and was successful in being awarded a large sum of money.even though it was her mothers expressed wish for her not to benefit .
