Companies selling arms for war should pay a levy to be used to help victims

There are many arms companies in the UK selling lots of different things used in wars, they charge high prices & make an enormous profit so they should pay a levy to be used to help rebuild bombed areas - people's homes, hospitals, schools & to pay for medicines etc needed for those injured.
