Outlaw face covering in public where it renders a person unidentifiable

Additional Information

To government to pass a law not to allow the wearing of any form of face covering in a public place that renders a person unidentifiable. This ban would include the wearing of a burqa in public but would exclude the following:-

1) The wearing of a crash helmet and visa when worn in conjunction with riding a motorcycle.
2) The wearing of a mouth mask worn for health and safety reasons applicable to and in conjunction with a person’s occupation.
3) Bandages or other dressings applied to the face for medical reasons.
4) Hill walking/mountain climbing.
