Pay FULL compensation to Survivors of CSA - END docking for MH related "crimes".
Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse can claim compensation, which is docked in the light of subsequent criminal convictions. The majority of such crimes are the obvious Mental Health consequences of a childhood/life devastated by rape & child sexual abuse.
