Stop Human waste rotting outside people home for two weeks.
A small bin should be provided and removed weekly, as the present system of leaving nappies of young children and incontinent adults for weeks is a danger to public health. Due the fact it attracts disease spreading flies which breed maggots in bins, feet from kitchens where food is prepared.

If you want action taken nationally, you could submit a petition calling on the Government to introduce legislation to require local authorities to carry out weekly street collections of human waste.
