Chnage the law of "Joint Enterprise"

"Joint Enterprise" is putting innocent people in jail from anywhere between 6months and life, if you go in a takeaway and come out with chips but you robbed it and i drove away with you in the car, then im equally as "Joint" to the crime as the person who robbed the store.
