Close loop hole allowing Ltd companies to rip people off, fold and start again.
If a sole person opens a ltd company, at present they can rip you off or lie and not be accountable as company is liable not them personally. They can close their business and walk away and start another over and over again. legalised theft. Solicitors wont take on, they know they will just fold.
