Allow consumer contracts to be cancelled the same way as they were created.

Petition Details

Many companies require consumers to telephone to cancel a contract even though the contract was started on their website. There is evidence this leads to high pressure retention tactics by organisations.

Legislate to insist contracts can be terminated online if they were created online.
