Teach self defence classes for girls in PE at school.

Would you know what to do if someone tried to physically attack you? Girls need to feel confident about defending them selves and be able to do what is necessary to get out of a dangerous situation, and they need to know what they can do to be safe, and how to counter an attack.

Additional Information

With 2 million fewer women than men playing regular sport, the cross-party group of MPs will call on the government to force schools into taking girls' exercise more seriously, especially in light of growing inactivity in children. Not only will this be an interesting lesson but it will be vital for keeping girls safe.
As crime is on the increase it is also becoming more important to know how to keep safe and how to defend yourself.
