Give father's equal rights to their children with contact. Holidays. Schooling
I have seen and heard how parents can use the children as pawns against each other in regards to contact. I think this is bad parenting and does not help children in the future to manage a relationships in the social society. I just hope things can be right for the benefit of their future.
