Ban mandatory services charges at food & drink establishments.

Petition Details

A restaurant service charge, or tip, should only be paid at the discretion of the customer, based on the customer service received and quality of the meal. To have a mandatory service charge added to your bill by the restaurant takes away the customers prerogative to reward good service and quality.
