Benfits recipients capable of work should work for the taxpayer
No person who is capable of working should receive any benefits of any kinds unless those benefits are received as compensation for work carried out in the public sector, for charities or in the local community.
In order to not create a massive extra layer of bureaucracy, persons so working would do so under the standard terms and conditions of the employer.
