End sexuality discrimination by allowing gay men the ability to donate blood

Gay rights have come a long way in the last decade, however, the ability to donate blood is restricted for gay men. This should end. Donated blood is rigorously tested before being given to another person, therefore, why does blood from a gay man make it any different.
