Justice on animal cruelty and neglect. Harsher punishment should be carried out.
Recently I watched a video a vicious attack on a cat by two dogs in small heath. ripping her apart. some guy stopped his car not to help the cat but to record a video so he can add it on social media sites.
If the link hasn't been taken off fb the video should still be available.
