Help apprentices by allowing HMRC mileage tax relief on travel to college.

Apprentices who drive to college cannot claim tax back on this expense as HMRC's 45p rate doesn't extend to cover this travel - details can be found at www.workmileagetaxrebate.co.uk. Despite typically lower wages, apprentices have to cover the cost of travel to their workplace net of tax.
