Police authorities to be made up of the Public

Additional Information

Police authorities to be made up of the Public we have far too many local councillor on local police authorities and I feel we the public should be in charge of this authority with only two councillors being allow to be on the police authority which they get extra allowances for attending. In addition, I would like to see one magistrate on each police authority.
