Force unemployed convicted England rioters to work
I propose that any convicted rioter who is unemployed or becomes unemployed because of their conviction, and won't/can't get a job, is forced to do one of the unfilled jobs that unemployed people refuse to do (e.g. road sweeper, cleaner, work in an old people's home). A refusal would result in loss of benefit or possibly another form of punishment.
