Training for Social Order crimes

Additional Information

Those who committed a crime of social dis-order and are aged between 3-18, to under go remedial training for a 6 month period before being allowed to re join society .
Location, use of old and dis used RAF/Army bases through out the Uk
Cost. Any benefits that those convicted are in receipt of for themselves or to parents are to be removed and given to offset the cost of training them.
Training Personnel: fully mobilising a number of the reserve forces for a 24 month period to train and secure those convicted.

Summary
This is not a short sharp shock, but an opportunit for those convicted of social dis order crimes to re look at them selves as members of society. The aim is to produce young people who understand what society requires of them. Leaving training with an improved level of education and an opportunity to gain employment.
