Create a world state for thousands of migrants leaving thier countries.

We need to think about this logically. There is no way to help these migrants back in thier countries. Places like Iraq and Afghanistan have been placed into chaotic wars that are now political or religious agendas. A world state could give them a fresh start with the contol of weapons! Start now

Additional Information

Syria, afgan, lybia, Eritrea, Iraq and many more countries need weapon control and a seize of any weapons going to these countries. The weapens industry needs a globlal eye put directly on them with limits to the amount they can make.
